The Universal Management System (UMS) declares and defines classes, operations, and procedural classes for all other management system classes.
Solution models and Management Systems
The solution models address infrastructure issues, systemic issues, institutional models, check and balance system design and more all having to do with macro-scale overarching frameworks. The solution models also put a new set of "tool boxes" in place for micro-structural change, growth and transformation. These "tools" are designed for use with 4th industrial revolution components, network effect opportunities, the exponential increases in n-dimensionally connected knowledge bases and more. This exponentially increases economic opportunity, efficiencies in means of production dynamics, transformative problem solving and generative and emergent solution processes. These components form the foundation for a new planetary and inter-planetary and inter-stellar and inter-dimensional realities. They are designed to support self-determinative and self-emancipatory paradigms while drawing on the collective knowledge, wisdom and understanding of a planetary population and beyond.
The Role of Solution Model Frameworks
The "macro" frameworks form the "conditions for emergence" by providing a sustainable, stable, safe haven environment through framework architecture in government and institutional models in conjunction with check and balance system design. The "micro" mechanisms or tool sets provide a new kind of tool use that incorporates mechanisms found in human consciousness, these include self-organizing systems, teleonomic systems and autopoiesis. These tools provide the basis for creative problem solving, creative expression, transformative learning, perceptual shifting and more.
Scope of Management Systems
The management systems start at the Universal Solution Model level and move through the inter-dimensional, inter-stellar, inter-planetary levels, move to the planetary management system, and other management systems. These range from geo-localized systems such as current political models to the implementation and management of segment specific solution models in medicine, economics, energy, education and more.
Overview of Management Systems
Management systems are designed to keep a system working once it is in place. In other words, they are designed to work within a framework that is designed to accommodate wide range exacerbations while being predicated on new systemic models. The new systemic models provide and umbrella framework or architecture that incorporates the realities of change, these include but are not limited to: increasing complexity, systemic amplification, rapidly changing environments, early detection and awareness paradigms, planetary scales, planetary systems, cross-border integration, cross-field inter-connectivity, globalization and more. Each management system sets forth a new kind of meta-level "lever and knob" approach to increasingly complex systems, self-organizing systems, dissipative structures and chaotic systems.
Management System components
Management systems are designed to define threshold conditions, boundary conditions and exacerbatory state change phenomena in earth systems, life systems, economic systems, species preservation imperatives and more.
Management Systems and Event Classes
The management systems are designed to define and track of various event classes that follow along with the dimensionally equivalent solution model classes. The management systems set forth in the USM incorporate the new technology outlined in the technology section of the BlueBook Series.
The USM gives a general case discussion of Solution Models, Understanding Models, Management Systems, and then extends this to a class specific example from these top level pieces to Science and Technology, Organizations, Ecosystems and Products and Services.
The UMS and the IDMS sit on top of all other classes of solution models. The stack to the left shows the geographic class of solution models. This class is anthropocentric and based on "standing" relative to geographic and non-geographically tied macro-structural models and frameworks.
The Purpose of Management Systems
Management Systems are designed to provide safety, security, stability and sustainability in relationship to a given solution model. There is a two roles that a management system serves in from a functionality standpoint. The first role the management system is designed to maintain stability, safety, security and sustainability with the framework set forth by its corresponding solution model which itself has a domain and a range. We will define domain and range in relationship to both solution models and management systems in a moment. It is also the role of the management system to detect when the framework laid out by the solution model is no longer adequate to contain the activity within it.
The Management System in this second role, is in essence the mechanism by which solution models are transformed or restructured. In other words, the management system has the job of saying when the macrolevel and microlevel frameworks are no longer working.
This takes us to the self-refining and self-emancipating aspects of the understanding model - solution model - management system relationship.
Management Systems Sit on Top of Solution Models
Management Systems while being focused on the activity within a the framework put in place by its respective solution model, actually sits on top of this framework from a conceptual point of view. It is in essence an observer looking into the terrarium.
The Domain and Range of Solution Models and Management Systems
The domain of a solution model is defined by the dimensional classes themselves and the solution models that sit above it. While the range of a solution model is its area of application from a dimensional viewpoint and defines the domain of the solution model below it. We can begin to see with this set of vertical or convergent, divergent relationships how one solution model forms affects the other ones to provide translation and self-learning, self-refining and self-transformative nature throughout all solution models, understanding models, management systems, organization, eco-systems, products and services.
The Universal Solution Model (USM)
The Universal Solution Model (USM) takes a universal perspective of the interplanetary ecosystem we as a human species are now exploring. This universal perspective allows us to see and understand own planet and the development of the human species as a whole, as well as other species that co-inhabit the earth. It provides frameworks that look into the foreseeable future, and provides infrastructure and tools to support the human race’s existence within Earth’s ecosystem, as well as exploration and development beyond our planet. It helps define two newly emergent classes of citizen: planetary citizens, who live on the planet earth; and the citizen of humanity, who share a common genome but may live on or off the planet in the future, but as members of the human species, share common standing in issues that pertain to humanity as a whole.
The USM defines the classes and categories for all other RDI solution models and management systems including the Planetary Solution Model (PSM), Segment Specific Solution Models (SSSM), and Expansion and Contraction Models.
The USM defines existential rights (rights of existence) and rights classes for the individual, the human species, and other species across the spectrum of sentient and non-sentient life. This provides the foundation for a planetary management system to be put in place.
